Located in the Southwest corner of Western Australia, a pleasant 3 hour drive south from Perth. The closest town is the resort town of Dunsborough, which is just eight minutes away and is surrounded by a coast line with pristine beaches and sheltered bays. Dunsborough also has numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. Tuscan Villa is situated in a picturesque tiny secluded valley, and is so close to the vineyard next door you can almost whisper to the vines. The total setting and ambience is very reminiscent of the Tuscany region of northern Italy. In keeping with the Tuscan influence, the villa has been designed and its luxurious decor chosen to reflect the very distinctive style of the Tuscan region. Although the Villa is secluded, its proximity is ideal to take advantage of all the attractions the Southwest region has to offer. Many of the Margaret River regions world class wineries are situated less than 10 minutes drive away. The nearest, Happs Winery is just around the corner. The renowned surfing beach of Yallingup is minutes from the Villa, and the vibrant town of Margaret River is 20 minutes by car via Caves Road with its many wineries nestled along side. With our Mediterranean climate and numerous beaches in the area, its easy to see why we call the area "the Riviera of Western Australia". After your day enjoying all the near by attractions on offer, you can cool off with a swim in our pool, or just relax and lounge around the pool area with a glass of your favourite wine soaking up the setting and picturesque panorama of this hidden little valley. Loose yourself in our relaxed intimate surroundings and enjoy all that is on offer in our little corner of the world. Whether its a romantic get away week-end or holiday, youll find Tuscan Villa the perfect place to relax and explore the region Directions: 8 min from town centre. Cancellations:
One nights standard tariff per room or 50 % which ever is the greater is required to confirm booking. Booking will lapse after 24 hours if no deposit is received. Subject to receipt of client's notice of cancellation no less than two (2) weeks before intended arrival date, a fee of $20.00 will be payable. Cancellation within two (2) weeks of intended arrival date will incur a payment of 50% of the accommodation cost or one (1) night's tariff, whichever is the greater.
