The huge fully tiled family room which has a large TV, DVD and stereo, leads out onto the rear BBQ area and patio with table and chairs. There is also a separate formal lounge with TV. This lovely property has a Queen bed in the master bedroom with en-suite & a double bed in the 2nd bedroom and 1 single bed in bedrooms 3 & 4. The house has undercover parking for 2 vehicles It is within a few minutes’ drive of restaurants, cafés, cinema, shopping centre, and the bus port and railway station. The property is an easy 5 minute drive to one of Perth’s best beaches, Mullaloo beach and Hillary’s Boat Harbour and is only 15/20 mins drive into Perth City. A complimentary hospitality pack (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread & butter) is always provided for arrival.

Included in the published rate is 6 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests).
Cancellations:
Payment Bookings are to be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental costs with the balance due on arrival. A credit card signature for a bond of $500 is also required at this time, however, this amount is not debited from your credit card unless there is some damage found on checkout. Cancellation of Booking. If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking they should notify ARA immediately and confirm the same in writing. Upon receipt of a cancellation ARA will refund any monies paid except the 50% deposit unless the cancellation is made 7 days before the rental arrival date and then no refund is payable. In the event of the property not being available due to unforeseen circumstances ARA will notify the hirer as soon as possible and offer a full refund or try to find other acceptable accommodation. ARA/Owners liability is limited to the monies received for the booking.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Airport 4 km Turn Right onto TONKIN HIGHWAY, Kewdale 14 km Bear left onto REID HIGHWAY, 14 km Turn right onto MITCHELL FREEWAY- JOONDALUP (NORTH) NOT 1st Turning right which is signposted Perth City. Continue along freeway until Ocean Reef road exit Exit at Ocean Reef road exit & turn left into Ocean Reef Road 10 km Straight on at Traffic Lights (Marmion Avenue). Turn 2nd right in to Venturi Drive 4km Turn 7th right in to Herreshoff Ramble 1.3km Turn 3rd right in to Monk Glade
