All apartments have two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. - Bedroom 1 one queen size bed - Bedroom 2 two single beds + a rollaway bed if requested. - Bed linen including doonas towels and tea towels -Kitchen refrigerator, assorted crockery, cutlery, cooking stove and cooking utensils Refrigerator, microwave , toaster, iron and ironing board -Lounge colour TV, - air conditioning for summer and oil heating for winter - on site laundry with dryer and drying area - outdoor entertaining area with childrens toys. - Free parking for guests in our private car park. - If you want your apartment serviced during your stay a fee of $60 is charged per clean. Please contact BA management who will arrange the clean with our housekeeper. A small shopping centre, cinema, cafes and the Swan River are located in Preston Street only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments.

Our apartments are located at 74 Preston Street, Como (at the corner of Preston Street and Canning Highway). We are 8 minutes from the City 15 minutes from Fremantle, 20 minutes from the Airport and 10 minutes from Curtin University. Public transport is located at the doorstep with a 15 minutes service to Perth and Fremantle. We have our own car park with free parking for all guests and street parking is also available. We also have our own laundry room with coin operated washing machines and dryer for your convenience. The apartments are cleaned and serviced prior to check in and upon checkout only.
