This delightful cottage, just totally refurbished is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the Barmah Hotel and the river boat ramps - Also just opposite the general store. It will accommodate 7 people and is set on 1 acre with plenty of garden space for out door living. From the garden you can see the Murray River Across the road, almost hidden by the tall gum trees on the banks.

Included in the published rate is 7 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 7 guests).
Cancellations:
If booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival 50% of the booking will be forfieted. If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival 100% will be forfeited.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00
