Hazelglen provides luxury Rosebud accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula. This beautiful beach holiday house has everything you will need for your perfect bay getaway. From the moment you walk through Hazelglen's stunning leadlight entrance you will be enchanted by Hazelglen's charm. Hazelglen has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Main queen bed, TV, DVD, VCR, desk, sitting area. Bedroom 2: Bunk room. Two single bunk beds and huge built in robes. Bedroom 3: Hazelglen also has a beautiful garden room, which is ideal as an extra queen bedroom when two couples stay! The garden room is just a few steps from the main house and features a queen bed and TV/DVD. A portacot is available for infants. Within the main residence you also have a lounge area, stocked with DVDs, books and games, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with separate shower and bath, toilet, and laundry with washing machine. Outside we have a games room with table tennis table and 2 alfresco entertaining areas with a big barbecue. Hazelglen B&B offers accommodation with a difference. Unlike many B&B's, Hazelglen is independent of the owners' property. The beach house holiday rental is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, yet your hosts live only minutes away and are happy to help with tourist advice, if required. We offer breakfast options, or you can choose to self-cater. We welcome couples, families and group bookings for ages 25 and over. ***Please note, Hazelglen is not available to groups of under 25's and is not suitable for schoolies.*** Best of all, we are AAA/RACV star rated, so you can be assured of quality accommodation and professional service.

Hazelglen is located in the heart of Rosebud, about 90 minutes from the city of Melbourne, or 1 hr and 50 minutes approximately from Melbourne Airport.

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests). Of the extra guests 4 may be an adult.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival. 75% refund less $25 admin fee. Cancellations made within 21 - 14 days of arrival date 50% refund less $25 admin fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: no refund. Please note that a cash bond of $500 is required for every booking. This will be refunded within 3 days of check out by net banking providing there has been no loss/damage.

Children and families are welcome at Hazelglen. Day guests are welcome but approval must be given and an additional charge paid before any other guests stay overnight.

Hazelglen provides a range of activities. Enjoy outdoor entertaining and choose between our sunny or shaded alfresco dining areas. Bask in the sun on a banana lounge, or challenge a partner to table tennis or totem tennis. We provide a huge range of DVD's and there are games for all ages and a library of books and magazines to choose from. Wander the beautiful gardens and enjoy fresh seasonal fruit from Hazelglen's fruit trees. Admire the roses and marvel at our magnificent 50 year old Jade trees.

The Mornington Peninsula offers an amazing range of tourist activities, all within an easy drive of each other. *Swim at safe bay beaches or visit the surf back beaches. *Sample the Peninsula's fine food and wine. Getting There:
Take the Mornington Peninsula Freeway to the Jetty Road roundabout and turn to the right. Go straight through the next roundabout and turn left at Seal Street, then right into Foam Street.
