Conditions $300.00 fully refundable security bond payable for all 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. $200.00 fully refundable security bond payable for 1 bedroom apartments. All payments by credit card - we accept Visa and Master Card. By special arrangement payment will be accepted by direct deposit. An initial deposit of 50% is required upon confirming reservation. Balance 30 days prior to arrival. Surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter and long weekends. Midweek ? Sunday-Thursday. Weekend ? Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Sorry, no pets. Cleaning fees apply to rooms not left in an acceptable condition. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - an administration fee of $20.00. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - 50% of total tarrif. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - 100% of total tariff (unless relet). No refunds on early departures.

Mansfield is a thriving town located approximately 180kms north east of Melbourne and has a resident population of approximately 6,800. There are numerous small settlements throughout the Shire. Merrijig is situated at the base of Mount Buller and is approximately 17km from Mansfield. Merrijig is situated in the scenic Great Dividing Range, offering beautiful scenery and a number attractive of picnic areas along the Delatite River which passes through the town on its route between Mount Buller and Lake Eildon. The Hunt Club Hotel was established in Merrijig in 1873 and provides excellent meals at reasonable prices. Mansfield Shire is renowned for its natural beauty and alpine mountains. Significant landscape features include Mount Buller, Mount Stirling and the Great Dividing Range. Natural environment features include parts of Lake Eildon and Alpine National Parks.
