Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 5 guests). Of the extra guests 3 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

Payment of 50% deposit is required to secure a holiday booking. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of the tentative booking we reserve the right to take another deposit without further reference. Final payment of the full balance must be settled on arrival. For cancellations made before 28 days prior to the commencement of the booking the deposit will be fully refunded. Any cancellations must be notified in writing. For cancellations made less than 28 days before the commencement of the booking a refund of the deposit is subject to a confirmed re-booking of the premises for the reserved time. If a re booking does not occur, a refund will not be made. If a re booking is made then the deposit is refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Subject to availability, a booking can be deferred to a future date without penalty if notified within 28 days of confirmed arrival. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking date there will be no entitlement to a refund. Payments are accepted by cheque, cash, money order or direct deposit as credit card facilities are not available.

The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00
