Surrounded by native tea tree, The Studio at Sandy Point offers the discerning traveller an elegant and very comfortable retreat thats only a minute or twos walk over the sand dunes from a truly unforgettable ocean beach. The Studio's kitchen is complete all the quality cutlery and crockery you will need. Gas stove and hotplates, microwave oven and all stainless steel pots and pans. You will also find a television, DVD, CD player with quality JBL speakers. The Studio also has air conditioning cooling and heating, the wood fire is supplied with plenty of wood for your stay. Both bedrooms have Nobo room heaters. Outdoor furniture and a electric BBQ are also supplied. Images by internationally known photographer Susan Purdy and Gippsland's Jeb Wolf, along with a bronze sundial by Grassy Spur sculptor Kim Devenish may be seen at The Studio, providing undoubted enjoyment and perhaps a little inspiration to those who come to stay. A baronial fireplace of clinker brick, inviting sofas, a cooks kitchen, and two private, sumptuously appointed bedrooms with queen-size beds are only some of the features of The Studio. Polished hardwood floors, high angled ceilings with fans, beautiful furniture, a modern bathroom, a second shower, a laundry with an automatic machine.

Occupancy:
Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 4 guests). Of the extra guests 2 may be an adult.
Cancellations:
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Half deposit is required upon booking. Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival. Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - Full refund less 10% cancellation fee of the total. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival will be refunded only if we are able to refill all the period booked, 10% fee of the total then applies. No refunds for early departure or non-arrivals.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00
Children & Extra Guest Policy:
The Studio Tariff Bookings are for the sole use of the property for up to 4 people. Linen and towels are supplied. Tariffs listed are for 2 people sharing, for the use of the second bedroom add $20.00 per person per night, children under 2 are not charged. This does not apply for Christmas & January School Holidays where a flat rate is charged for up to 4 people. Weekly tariff is not applicable for Saturday check in, for Saturday check in please call for a quote. Single night bookings are not available for Friday or Saturday nights.
Car Parking:
Private off street parking is provided for 2 cars and a boat.

Sandy Point really is central to the best that South Gippsland has to offer, such as fishing and windsurfing at Shallow Inlet, hiking in Wilsons Promontory National Park, exploring the picturesque townships of Foster, Fish Creek, Port Franklin, Toora and Walkerville, and experiencing the grandeur of the Strzelecki Ranges.
