Frog Gully Cottages on the Rosedale Road in Longford, Victoria, offer accommodation in two fully self-contained contemporary cottages with stunning views over the wetlands. The cottages are situated on our farm, off the road in an idyllyic peaceful setting. Each cottage has two bedrooms, one with queen size bed, the other with two king single beds. Each bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. The generous living area is dominated by a large picture window with uninterrupted view of the wetlands. A fully set up mini kitchen provides microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hotplates and generous supply of kitchen equipment. Other appliances include washing machine and barbecue for each cottage. A spacious deck provides the ideal spot to sit and watch the birds, enjoy the sunset or an evening view of the stars.

Location:
The cottages are located on our farm at Longford in Victoria, Australia. We are about 193 kms (120 miles) from Melbourne, and 8km (5 miles) from Sale. The cottages are about 1 km off the main road.

Children & Extra Guest Policy:
There are no facilities for children. Should visitors wish to bring children they are advised to discuss suitability with the owners. It is not possible to accommodate more than 4 people in each cottage.
Reception Information:
On arrival guests should call in to Reception at our house. We will then accompany them to the cottages.
Car Parking:
There is plenty of space for car parking.
Things to do:
Activities on our property mainly involve very little activity - relaxing, bird watching, admiring the view and relaxing. For the more energetic there are walks around the property.
Local Attractions:
Situated just 8km from Sale, next door to the Sale Golf Course, the cottages are an ideal choice for a weekend getaway. Visitors can do nothing but sit and enjoy the view, or visit the many places of interest, including the Holey Plain National Park, 90 mile beach, Tarra Bulga Park, and the nearby mountains and lakes.
Getting There:
We are on the Longford-Rosedale Road at Longford. Travelling from Melbourne, turn right at the T junction in Rosedale, then only 100 metres to a left turn to Longford. Do not go over the railway line!!! We are 24 kms from Rosedale. There is a 'Frog Gully Cottages' sign on the left-hand side of the road. Travelling from Sale on the South Gippsland Highway, go to Longford, and take the first turn to the right, signposted Rosedale and Sale Golf Club. We are just past the golf course, a bit over 2kms from the turn-off, on the right-hand side of the road.
