Cancellations:
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to departure will be entitled to a full refund, less 25%. Cancellations notified more than 7 days prior to departure will be entitled to a refund of 50% of all monies paid. Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid. Bookings commencing within 48 hours, please phone us direct on +6 18 8323 9572 to ensure house is ready for your arrival.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Children & Extra Guest Policy:
Children and extra guests (up to a maximum of 6 people overall) welcome. $25 per head per night. Toys, books, games to suit from birth to family included at no extra cost. Travel cot, high chair available on request at no extra cost.
Reception Information:
You can arrive anytime after 15:00 hours, access to house is via keysafe, (code given on confirmation of booking). Free call to owners as per instructions on phone to answer any questions.
Business Facilities:
BYO Next G wireless modem or Dial Up internet to local call number, need own laptop. Access to STD & ISD available on request (charges apply).

Getting There:
To get to Koopalanda Dreaming, proceed to Vivonne Bay on South Coast Road, once you reach Vivonne Bay Store, stay on South Coast Rd, continue west over Harriet River bridge, turn left onto Jetty Road, after 3 km, you will be at the jetty, observing the directional road signs, Koopalanda Dreaming is one of four cottages.
