Cancellations:
If more than 7 days notice is given of cancellation, no penalty will apply. Between 24 hours and 7 days, 1 nights accommodation will be charged. Less than 24 hours or now shows will forfeit full amount of booking.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Infants 0-2 - Cots available for hire if required - $8 per day including linen. Tariff in Ocean View Studio is for 2 people. Extra person (one adult or child 3-14) is $30 per night if sofa bed required. Tariff in Ocean View Family suite is for 4 people. Extra persons (up to two adults or children 3-14) is $30 per person per night if sofa beds are required.

Getting There:
From Cairns International Airport, turn right onto Captain Cook Highway and travel north for approx 20 kms. There are several large roundabouts. Trinity Beach exit is on the 8th roundabout - make sure not to turn at Trinity Park which is the one before.
