Cancellations:

Coco Bay Resort Booking/Cancellation Policy Conditions of Occupancy: Upon check-in your signature is required to ensure you are agreeing to the Body Corporate By-Laws and the Conditions of Entry & Departure as set out by Coco Bay Management. Copies of these By-Laws and Conditions are available in the Unit Compendium and also available upon request. A Credit Card of the guest occupying the townhouse is also required as a security deposit. High Season: If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a refund less an Administration Fee of $30. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An Administration fee of $30 will be deducted from the deposit before any refund is made. Mid & Low Seasons: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a refund less an Administration Fee of $30. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An Administration fee of $30 will be deducted from the deposit before any refund is made. Short Notice Bookings: Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An Administration fee of $30 will be deducted from the deposit before any refund is made. Cancellation During Stay: No refunds will be given if leaving before the booked check-out date. A refund will be given, less a 12% administration fee of one week's rent, if the unit is rebooked for the remaining period of the stay. The Administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking money paid, cancelling the booking, drawing refund cheques, postage & stationery costs of refunds, bank charges.
