Our one bedroom apartments will sleep two. Our two bedroom apartments will sleep four. If you require a fold away bed there will be an extra charge of $25 per night.

The play grounds and parks are only a short stroll. Cotton tree - The beachside suburb of Maroochydore and central to a wonderful variety of bistros, cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Maroochydore is the main CBD and shopping centre of the Sunshine Coast. Maroochydore's Sunshine Plaza is easy walking distance and has Myer, Cinemas and an enormous number of retailers boasting quality, and diversity. The Maroochydore Surf Beach is renowned for surfing and surf lifesaving events along with boating, fishing, jet skiing along the Maroochy River.
