Within metres of the patrolled Bulcock Beach, the park by the water, our wonderful waterfront walkway, shops, restaurants and the bus station, we are in the ideal location - who needs a car! Despite having one bedroom, the apartments are huge and modern, each with a sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests. They are fully self-contained. All the balconies are also enormous. Relax and enjoy the views that sweep from the Glasshouse Mountains, down the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island and out to sea. Or laze in our heated swimming pool and spa. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, are air-conditioned and have free cable TV. There is a lift to all floors and secure underground car-parking. Enjoy the delicious food at the on-site licensed restaurant and, as our guests, get a 15% discount. They will even deliver to your room. One apartment is designed for the disabled with a no-lip shower and ramp onto the balcony.

We are one hour from Brisbane Airport and 40 minutes from Maroochydore Airport. If you wish, we can arrange your transport from either airport to our door. Australia Zoo is 15-20 minutes away. From our central location, you can take day-trips to anywhere from the Gold Coast to Noosa, and beyond to Fraser Island. Take your car, a bus from the bus station close by or get picked up by your choice of tour companies and see the many attractions of the Sunshine Coast.

Getting There:
Take the Caloundra Road and continue on until it changes to Bulcock St ( trees line both sides of the road ). At the 2nd roundabout, turn right into Minchinton St. Belaire Place is on the right, just before you get to the water. The check-in bay is at the end of the driveway, on the sea end of th building.
