Children are welcome as part of a family group, and should be supervised by parents. Extra guests are charged by the number of beds used, and is negotiable.
Reception Information:
We live on-site, so open for business until a reasonable hour. Just drive down the driveway to the rear deck. Phone 4661 9393 if running late.
Business Facilities:
Broadband internet is available, as well as fax. Guests are welcome to use the rear deck for any meetings.
Car Parking:
3 undercover parking bays plus a carport are available for guest use. There is a huge backyard for other parking, including trailers.
Things to do:
A "pitstop" on your road trip. Relaxing away from the noise of the highway. Stopovers for weekends away. Perfect base to tour the Darling Downs and Granite Belt.
Local Attractions:
WARWICK IS KNOWN AS THE HORSEPOWER CAPITAL OF QUEENSLAND. Morgan Park Recreational Facilitiy is 5 minutes drive from Pitstop Lodge. The activities there include Morgan Park Raceway, an excellent circuit for all types of motor racing. Events are held almost every weekend. The Drag strip which is about to be extended to 1/4 mile. Polocrosse fields, Equestrian events. Dirt bike track. Horse racing at Allman Park. Go kart racing at Sandy Creek.
Getting There:
Find the Shell Service Station next to MacDonalds on Albion Street, and then one block east down Percy Street, and then right into Canning Street. There is a sign at number 53. Follow the blue B & B signs.
