All apartments are one bedroom with a queen size bed, fully self contained with cooking and laundry facilities. Lounge includes a sofa bed which can sleep two additional persons. Maximum four persons per apartment with additional persons $30.00 per/person per night. Children under 2 years are no charge unless linen is requires. Air conditioning is not included in the tariff and is an additional $10.00 per night.

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 4 guests). Of the extra guests 2 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

Please note if you amend or cancel your booking, for whatever reason, an administration fee of $50 will be charged. All bookings, strict no amendments or cancellations will be accepted 15 days or less from your date of arrival and there will be no refund of monies paid.

The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00
