Getting There:
Arriving from airport - a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport - ask the driver to take you via the suburbs Tempe, Sydenham, Marrickville, Dulwich Hill; this is the shortest route from airport. Taxi fare approx. $25 to $35 A train station is also available at the airport. Catch train to Central station and then change to a service to Ashfield station on the Inner West line. We are only a 6 - 10 minute level walk from Ashfield station. By car, about 1 km from the Parramatta Rd - Liverpool Rd Junction. [Note: Liverpool Road is also the Hume Highway]. We are between Pembroke and Bruce Sts. Look for the blue and white 'Westside Motel' sign as a reference point; we are next door. If you are using a GPS device, replace "Ashfield" with "Summer Hill" as the destination suburb By Bus - catch the 480 or the 483 Sydney bus service from the Sydney CBD to Liverpool Rd Ashfield.
