Getting There:

.....the easiest way from Sydney Airport is via taxi (approx. AUD 35.00 + 4.00 toll, and 20 minutes)......there are also various shuttle mini-buses (approx. AUD 10.00 per person), but doing the rounds of the hotels these obviously take longer..... ..........the closest railway station is "Kings Cross"......only about an 8 mins. walk along Victoria Street, but a little too far to walk comfortably if you have much luggage....... ........when driving from the airport, take the Eastern Distributor Motorway, exit left at "City / Kings Cross" exit sign (pay toll AUD 4.00), turn right into William Street, left at the top of the hill (at the large Coca Cola sign), then straight-away left again into Victoria Street, follow to the end, then turn right into Challis Avenue....we are half way up on the left where you can usually pull into the driveway....... ......when driving from the north, use either the Harbour Tunnel, or the Cahill Expressway over the Bridge, then take the "Woolloomooloo" Exit to the left, and follow around the water past the large W-Wharf building and "Harry's Cafe-de-Wheels" meat pie stand, then in about 1 kilometre turn right at the naval depot traffic lights, up the hill, then in about 500-metres, turn right at the first traffic lights at the top of the hill into Challis Avenue......down to the end.....U turn at the bottom and we are half way back up on the left......
