Winner 2010 and 2011 Southern Highlands Business Awards for Excellence - Best accommodation under 8 rooms. A modern and stylish B&B set on an acre of terraced gardens next the beautiful Morton National Park. Three large bedrooms all with their own ensuites, a large well appointed guest lounge, fireplaces, a large flat lawn area suitable for croquet, badminton or boules, wonderful food and warm hosts. Two large and spacious guest rooms are on the first floor on the Eastern end of the house. The South Room has a king bed (which can be reconfigured as a twin), shower ensuite and a lovely leafy outlook through the silver birch south over the tree tops of the National Park. The North Room has a queen bed, a single sofa bed and a bath and shower ensuite. It has an outlook though the Snow Pears onto the croquet lawn and onto the National Park and also to the large Eucalypt and lawns of the back garden. Another guest room is located adjacent to the dining room on the ground floor. The Garden Room is under the same roofline as the house, but seperated by an outdoor breezeway. It is also a very large room with queen bed, a double day bed and shower ensuite. With a TV/DVD it is well suited for either a couple who wants some time out or a young family who can be assured that their little ones will not disturb other guests.

Getting There:
By Car from Sydney or Canberra. Take Hume Highway to the Sally's Corner interchange about 2 kms south of the Illawarra Highway exit. Follow signage marked Exeter onto Sally's Corner Rd. At the end of Sally's Corner rd, turn left at T intersection, and then right onto Middle Rd. At end of Middle Rd (at four way junction), turn right following signage to Bundanoon. Upon entering Bundanoon, take second left after the YHA (William St) almost to the end. Turn right onto Viewland and proceed around a sweeping bend. Take first left (Panorama) and first left again (Garland). We are about 1.5 kms down Garland on right at number 43.
