Thirroul has a great surfing and swimming beach and olympic swimming pool across the road from property. Hang-gliding, bush walks, fishing, antique shops, village atmosphere. Great range of shops in Thirroul village. Popular Artique Trail with art, antiques and lots of cafes. Nearby Wollongong city has various museums and places of interest. Newly opened scenic Sea Cliff Bridge with walking and cycling track nearby.

Getting There:

If travelling from Sydney along the F6 freeway, turn left at Bulli Pass turn off and turn left into Thirroul at the bottom of Bulli Pass. Our property is located 1.7klm from base of Bulli Pass on left hand side just after the Fire Station. Thirroul is just one hours?s drive south of Sydney via the F6 freeway or turn off at the Helensburgh sign for the coastal road via the new Sea Cliff Bridge, or take the train, relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery along the way. Thirroul is a major stop on the railway system to Wollongong. If travelling from the south, eg, Canberra, turn left into the Picton Road exit, at the end of turnoff turn right and head for Wollongong/Bulli, take the Bulli turnoff and turn left at end of street heading toward right turn off at Bulli Pass sign, come down Bulli Pass and turn left at base of Bulli Pass. Arriving from south along Princes Highway, follow this until it become the F6 freeway at Yallah, bypassing Wollongong and heading toward the northern suburbs, ie Bulli, Stanwell Park.
