Welcome to our brand new bed and breakfast, only 10 minutes walk to beautiful Dolphin Cove Beach and a short drive to all the attractions of the magnificent Sapphire Coast. We opened for business in April 2007 and our large sunny rooms have a queen-size bed, separate sitting area (with LCD TV and DVD player) and large ensuite. Both rooms are air-conditioned. While we ask guests not to smoke in the rooms, there is a large covered verandah at the front and a deck at the back of each room. There is plenty of off-street parking, an in-ground swimming pool and just over an acre of landscaped gardens to enjoy. We (Shawn and Jodi) want your stay with us to be really special. We've lived in the local area for most of our lives and can help you enjoy all that the region has to offer. We provide gourmet breakfasts (Jodi works as a chef in Merimbula and she is happy to cater to any special dietary requirements) and all the furniture in the rooms is solid timber and was built by Shawn. Our tariffs are reasonable and we look forward to welcoming you soon.

Location:
Our Location We are located 5 minutes drive north of Merimbula and 15 minutes drive south of Tathra, just off Sapphire Coast Drive. From Merimbula Follow the signs (from Main Street or from Merimbula Drive) to Tura Beach along Sapphire Coast Drive. After approximately 5 kilometres you will pass the Stonehouse Cafe and the turnoff to Mandeni Golf Centre. Take the next turn right which is Pacific Way. We are the first property on the left, half way between Sapphire Coast Drive and the roundabout. From Bega/Kalaru/Tathra Note: If coming into Bega from the north (i.e. from Canberra or Sydney), drive straight through Bega and do not take the turnoff to Merimbula. Follow the signs to Tathra. Sapphire Coast Drive joins the Bega to Tathra Road just east of the village of Kalaru. After turning into Sapphire Coast Drive, continue on for approximately 15 kilometres (about ten minutes) then turn left into Pacific Way.

Cancellations:
Deposits and Cancellations We would appreciate a deposit of 100% of the first night's tariff to confirm all bookings. We are happy to refund the deposit (less a $5 administration fee) for cancellations notified at least 7 days prior to the booking. We regret that there is generally no refund for cancellations received after this time.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Salt water lagoon style pool, pool side bar, Dolphin Cove beach 10 min stroll away, maximum of 4 guests and no children at any one time nice and quiet. Assorted games available.
Local Attractions:
Restaurants Here's a selection of the best local restaurants: The Merimbula Wharf Restaurant is in a spectacular location looking across the bay to Merimbula's Main Beach. The restaurant is open for lunch (year round) and dinner (from October to April) and is renowned for its local seafood. Fully licensed and BYO (bottled wine only). Their aquarium is also very much worth a visit. "The Wharf", Lake St, Merimbula (10 minutes by car) Wheeler's Seafood Restaurant has won a number of awards and is amongst the best the local area has to offer. Fully licensed and BYO (bottled wine only). 162 Arthur Kaine Drive, Pambula (10 minutes by car) Upcoming Events Music festivals, fishing competitions, golf tournaments and carnivals - the Merimbula area has something for everyone. A selection of the events can be found on the Merimbula Tourism website.
