A Blue Point House which over looks Jervis Bay has been designed to make your holiday a dream. This luxury home features a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a WIR. This Bedroom has direct access to a bathroom which contains a large oval twin spa. Bedroom 2, contains 2 single beds and BIR and has access via the hallway to the bathroom with the spa. The bathroom is long and has 2 doors with privacy locks. There is also a bathroom downstairs for extra privacy. All rooms have a magnificent view of Jervis Bay. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with large oval twin spa, 2 shower recesses and 2 toilets. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing centre with iron. A deluxe fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave, even a percolator and coffee plunger for fresh coffee and a tea pot for fresh tea. The open planned Living Area features Tasmanian Oak polished floors, with comfortable lounges. The lounge area is a seperate area not shown in the photos but it contains the t.v, the dvd and a large comfy lounge to lie back in and enjoy the views or the dvd collection. There is a TV, Video/DVD, DVD collection and Stereo-CD/Cassette and Radio system. A Slow Combustion Fire for the romantic cooler nights. All the wood supplied and cut to size, kindling bound for you so you just place it in the fire. Nothing for you to do but enjoy. Eat indoors at the dining table while enjoying the view of Jervis Bay. The House has been designed for all living areas, kitchen and bedrooms to have magnificent views of Jervis Bay and Pt Perpendicular. A large deck with a Gas BBQ and outdoor setting allows you to eat and cook outside listening to the waves and gazing out over Jervis Bay.

Cancellations:

Standard Terms and Conditions For ?A Blue Point House?. We will inspect the house, before your final payment and after you leave, to safe guard you from incorrect blame. To maintain a high standard of accommodation for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but rare past abuse requires that we state the following conditions. 1.Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation letter we posted to you unless we are notified, either verbally or written and paid for. 2. Departure ? the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival otherwise your credit card will be debited. eg left dirty, stains on the carpet, etc. 3.Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. 4.Damage, Breakages and Loss of the house?s items is the guests? responsibility during their stay and will be charged to the guest. 5.Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is Prohibited and may result in termination of rental. 6.Pets are not allowed. 7.Children. The house is not suitable for children. 8.Loss ? the owners take no responsibility for the tenant?s personal property. Balance of the rental can be paid in cash on arrival at the house. Cancellations 4 weeks notice ? full refund for w/e (less a $50 administration fee) 8 weeks notice ? full refund for midweek and weekly bookings (less a $50 administration fee) Transfers The booking maybe transferred to another time, provided that the vacancy created can be rebooked. This will mean no loss of refund. A credit card number will be taken on arrival as a bond and only used if the above conditions are broken. We will consult with you first though before using it. We do not take final payment though on credit.

Cruise the Marine Park to View Dolphins and Penguins with Dolphin Explorer Cruises or discover the Whales of Jervis Bay with Whale Explorer Cruises. Enjoy a coffee, cake or a light meal over looking Jervis Bay at Bayview Bakery-Cafe at the roundabout Vincentia. Open for breakfast and all your bakery delights at 6.30am 7 days a week. OR One of the many other Cafes and Restaurants in the area. Visit Booderee National Park or the beautiful Botanic Gardens Walking Trails Walk to Hyams Beach on the Sandy Trail from A Blue Point House Jervis Bay approx. 1 and half hours return. Visit the Lady Denman Museum, Australian Naval Aviation Museum or enjoy a film at Huskisson Pictures Drive to Berry or Historic Milton or Kangaroo Valley. Just Sit and relax looking at the Magnificent view and let your dream come true.
