The house will comfortably sleep 8 people in 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds. Alternative bedding configuration is available on request. There is a large deck with spectacular panoramic water views where you can dine alfresco or simply loll about in the sun. Suitable for a lazy or active holiday, the house is just a few minutes walk along the headland to Denhams Beach. The house is well appointed and has everything you could need to leave your busy life behind. Nearest shops are just a 10 minute walk along beach - to fish and chip shop, IGA and chemist House includes: 3 queen sized beds, soft pillows and doonas supplied 2 single beds, soft pillows and blankets/doonas supplied Fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning TV, DVD Laundry with washing machine, ironing facility and outdoor rotary clothes line Off-street parking Linen and towels available for $5 per person

On the northern headland of beautiful Denhams Beach, Iluka overlooks the ocean, coastline and headlands. It's a 10 minute drive to the centre of Batemans Bay, and 5 minutes to either Surf Beach or Batehaven shops.

'Iluka' has a large deck overlooking the ocean and the accommodation is over two levels, and as such is not ideal for young children/toddlers. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people - should you wish to accommodate more than this, please request information from the owner.
Car Parking:
There's an internal garage for 1 car and off-street parking for 1 or 2 others. There's plenty of on-street parking space.
Local Attractions:
Batemans Bay and its surrounding areas offer beautiful unspoilt beaches and bays as well as extensive national parks, waterways and bush walking tracks. 'Iluka' is ideally located just a few minutes walk to Denhams Beach or a secluded bay below the house that offers excellent snorkelling/diving. The unspoiled Clyde River is perfect for water sports such as canoeing, water skiing, fishing or simply "messing about in boats". Enjoy the local seafood - Clyde River Sydney Rock Oysters are arguably the best in NSW - and locally grown produce (especially berries and stone fruit in summer). The restaurants and cafes of the area offer varied dining experiences.
Getting There:
By car from Batemans Bay, follow Beach Road, turning left at the traffic lights towards Batehaven. Continue past Caseys Beach and Sunshine Bay. Barbara Crescent is the first street on the left past the 'Denhams Beach' sign. Should you be arriving in Batemans Bay by bus, you will need to call a taxi to take you to Denhams Beach.
