Old Kent Road Apartments offers its guests a unique style of accommodation. Once named the Exchange Hotel this 100 year old building has been fully restored and transformed into 11 unique apartments each of which have been named after the Monopoly board. Once inside this historic building certain features become apparent; for example all the walls in the building are pressed metal and original wood floors which have now been polished. Situated adjacent the beautiful Clarence river we offer some of the best views in the Ulmarra district. Old Kent Road prides itself on being able to cater for large groups and or families as well as couples who wish to escape the city, and enjoy a relaxing weekend in the country all with affordable prices.

Ulmarra is a small village just off the Pacific Highway which provides an opportunity for guests to explore some of the North Coast's most pristine beaches and three major National Parks all within an hours driving distance. For those guests who are in need of some retail therapy their are four major shopping centres all within an hours driving distance. Ulmarra itself boasts some of the best antique shops. Also situated in the main street of Ulmarra is a vast collection of Aboriginal art,newsagent, an outdoor coffee lounge and the commercial pub which serves meals overlooking the Clarence River. During those hot summer months relax at the Ulmarra swimming pool or take the kids to the riverside park and throw a snag on the bbq.
Getting There:
Located 10 minutes from Grafton. Travel along the Pacific Highway until you reach the village of Ulmarra. Travelling from the north turn right at the ampol service station and travel 200 metres down Coldstream steet. Old Kent Road Apartments is the last building on the left hand side.
