Our two bedroom villas can sleep up to 7 people. Al our villas are self contained with ensuites and linen hire is available. Our two bedroom deluxe villas have linen on the double bed, TV, DVD Players, full size fridge, lounge and kitchen facilities. Glen Innes is known as Celtic Country with attractions including The Australian Standing Stones, Land of the Beardies History House, Fossicking, Fishing, Horse riding, World Heritage National Parks and the Emmaville Mining Museum to name a few. Cancellations:
In the event if a cancellation of a booking the deposit will be refunded if the customer notifies us of the cancellation 30 days before the scheduled arrival. If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will still be refunded only if the designated cabin booked is resold for the same time and price. If the cabin has been booked over peak periods no deposit will be refunded after 60 days notice. Over the Austration Celtic Festival bookings cancelled 60 days prior to arrival no deposit will be refunded. All cancellations incur a $25.00 administarion fee.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Our two bedroom villas are set out as follows; Walk in to the kitchen area with a lounge and double bed, then through to another room that has one set of 3 bunks and one set of 2 bunks, then through to the ensuite. Maximum occupancy is 7 people. $79.00 per night for 2 people.
