Your French doors lead onto the verandah with a gentle country view that is easy on the eye, Set well off the road, traffic noise is minimal ... however, the frogs and birds have been known to be vocal at dusk and dawn. Kangaroos, morning and evening, are often in the front yard as you drive in. Following your day of touring the valley, relax on the verandah as the sun sets. Cancellations:
1. Bookings canceled outside of 14 days of the booking 100% refund, less cancellation & administration fee. 2. Bookings canceled within 14 days, 50% of total booking fee will be retained if the accommodation not resold. 3. Bookings canceled within 48 hours of arrival i.e. (after 3pm) no refund applies. 4. In the event of canceled accommodation being resold, a 100% refund will be given less the cancellation and administration fee. PLEASE NOTE: A $25 cancellation and administration fee applies to any cancellation.

Prices are based on 2 persons per room per night. Extra persons are charged at $25 per night. All prices include a continental style breakfast. If you require a twin configuration a linen fee of $25 is required. Minimum 2 nights stay on weekends (Fri, Sat and Sun nights)

Check-in after 3pm and Check-out by 11am. Arrangements can be made for late night arrivals. Please phone on 02 4939 2193 to make arrangements.

Getting There:
We are located on Wine Country Drive, the main road from Cessnock to Branxton, 16km from Cessnock and 6km from Branxton. Look for the yellow and white sign 500m before the entrance gate, then follow the signs to the B&B.
