In the heart of Dubbo CBD, Christine and Geoff welcome you to Westbury. We are proud to offer comfortable spacious rooms all with ensuite bathrooms and airconditioning. "More a boutique hotel than a B & B, the rooms are uncommonly gracious" THE LONELY PLANET GUIDE Westbury is situated within the CBD - opposite the RSL club, one block from hotels, shopping centres, theatres and restaurants, and a few minutes walk to Dubbo's new Western Plains Cultural Centre. To maximise convenience for our guests, Westbury offers accommodation as either Guesthouse, Bed & Breakfast or Self-contained. Guesthouse rate is room only charge plus a-la-carte breakfast to a maximum of $15.00 per head. This arrangement suits those who leave before breakfast time to catch an early flight or attend the Western Plains Zoo early morning walks. B&B rate includes full breakfast in the quoted tariff. Self-contained is for the use all six bedrooms, lounge, dining and kitchen. This arrangement is often used by groups and families for reunions or weddings, etc. Guests supply and prepare their own meals at their convenience. It is essential that this arrangement be booked well in advance. Our six guest rooms all include queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, individual reverse cycle airconditioning, television, radio and wireless broadband availability. All rooms have access to open verandahs and there is a guest lounge with open fireplace, television, DVD and CD player and airconditioning. Fold-down beds are available for children. Tea and coffee making facilities and drink fridges are accessible to each room. Smoking is restricted to verandahs and outdoor areas. We have four bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Please specify if you require a downstairs room. We require a two night minimum booking for long weekends and a three night minimum for Easter. Limited secure parking is available which requires a degree of co-operation by guests. Otherwise street parking is readily available.
