Bower Studio is situated in a peaceful semi bush setting with a beautiful highland aspect. It has large picture windows which take in distant views of the cobalt blue Jamison Valley. At night the twinkling lights of the quaint and popular village of Leura create a romantic and magical atmosphere. The sunrises are intended to melt the heart of the artist in anyone. The studio is surrounded by private sunny courtyards, all with lovely views. The light-filled open plan studio has a fully equipped modern kitchen, with a gas log fire and a library with a wide range of books and magazines to suit all interests including board games and cards. Designed with couples in mind and decorated with a painter's eye, it is secluded and private and ideal for a romantic getaway or adventure. A very comfortable sofa bed can be quickly set up to accommodate one for baby.

Location:
The studio is centrally located, yet quietly tucked away at the end of a country lane surrounded by magnificent mountain ash eucalupts and the flora and fauna which typifies the heart of Australia's heritage listed National Park. The studio is only a 15-20 minute walk to the Katoomba town and train station, where you will find the Tourist Information Centre and many cafes, art galleries and specialy shops.

Cancellations:
To cancel no charge will be incurred if you give two weeks notice for weekends or weekdays and your deposit will be returned less a $30 administration fee. If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit becomes non-refundable. We will make every effort to rebook the studio, and if we are able to do so, your deposit will be refunded less the $30 administration fee.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

When you arrive at Bower Studio you will be met outside.
Car Parking:
Bower Studio is situated at the end of a private property with the best views. You can drive your car right up to the studio and park outside, giving you flat easy access to the building and safe off street parking.
Local Attractions:
There is a gym, indoor heated pool, spa 5-10 minutes by car. The studio is also close to the Leura and Katoomba golf courses. There are many bushwalks nearby, including the famous Scenic Railway which takes you to the bottom of the valley and up again, the ultime Blue Mountins adventure! Discover the majesty of Australia's Blue Mountains on the Edtge Cinema's 6 storey high GIANT SCREEN, only a ten minute drive from Bower Studio.
Getting There:
When you cross over the bridge at Katoomba, turn left into Gang Gang Street. Then turn into Apex Street, the first turn off on your left. When you reach the top of Apex you will see Glenview Street. Ignore the NO THROUGH ROAD sign and go slowly along the narrow road for minute and you will come to the Railway Parade sign and to Coomassie Street. Keep going for another minute, turning around into the hairpin bend. When you arrive at 54 Coomassie, drive through the gates and to the top of the driveway where you can park safely outside the studio. Bower Studio is a 15-20 minute from the train station. There is a taxi rank outside and the fare is about AU$6.
